These two approaches can help you zero in on what might be the best change strategy for your organization. Should you focus more on process or should you focus more on agile teams? DA creates defined roles and processes that are designed to scale. The Spotify approach is more about teams and balancing a high degree of autonomy with organizational alignment. You can learn about the DA lifecycle and roles, its pragmatic approach to agile, and some of the challenges you may encounter with the framework. Then compare the Spotify model of squads, chapters, tribes, and guilds. Finally, you can see why Spotify might be challenging if you're just starting out with your agile teams. | ||
