A collection of unrelated business documents including receipts and contracts. Items include a bill of sale of "bark or vessel called the Keoka of San Francisco" in 1850 and various other small receipts from San Francisco. Also present is an indenture between David W. Graham and Hiram S. Jacobs for the sale of property in Oregon, 1852. There is also a letter from S. J. McCormick to W. J. S. Frush (sp?) awarding the contract for stone work at the penitentiary in Portland, 1856.
