A new Great Father leads the animals of the plains, but he is evil, and the elephant Sky and baboon Thorn know he is a fake. While Sky takes her herd on a rescue mission to find the real Great Father, Thorn must flee from his old troop who now want him dead. Meanwhile the lion Fearless, is waiting to strike down the tyrant, but he may be deceived by another.
