Halloween is coming to the Renaissance Faire and Jesse Morton doing research on Renaissance crafts has a lot on her plate. She has a crabby boss at her glassblowing apprenticeship and her boyfriend found her in a seemingly compromising position with the boss's creepy nephew. Then death comes to the Grim Reaper - or rather to the man playing him. Then the message "Death shall find thee" found on the Grim Reaper's robe starts appearing on village walls.
