The current President of the United States has announced that scattered remnants of the Air Force have destroyed the Creeper Orbital Base, ensuring victory over the alien invaders. Yet Randy is assigned a new mission: to escort a secret representative from the Governor of New Hampshire to the nation's capital to meet with the President. And at the last moment, a fellow teen soldier - the beautiful Serena Coulson and her mute younger brother Buddy - are assigned to join Randy.
