Becher, Edmund T.
Kit -

One typewritten manuscript (121 p.) written by E. T. Becher for KSPS TV in Spokane. According to Becher, "the object is to illustrate and augment material which may be found in textbooks. Examples of various phases of pioneer life will be included." The manuscript is divided into segments such as "types of pioneers," "education," "pioneer food," "water," "pioneer recreation and entertainment," "fashion and dress," "woman suffrage," "Glover's stock in trade," and "hard times and depressions." The manuscript is brief, and is a survey of other material.
