Parsons That is the only year that Parsons Real Estate is listed in the city directory at the address given on the flyers in the Wolverton Block. The 1890s were a decade of tremendous growth in both Spokane and Kaslo, B.C. Both cities were growing because of the silver boom of the 1890s. Kaslo was incorporated as a city in 1893, making it the oldest incorporated community in the Kootenays. No information is known about Curtis P. Parsons, except that he died in Spokane in 1909 at the age of 56.
