Corbett, Charles Rodiskey, Milton Todd, Mrs. William Willerton, R. B. Grove, Mrs. H. Raymond and Mrs. B. S. Sheire. The purpose of the organization was to "establish and maintain a reading room" and to "build and maintain a gymnasium for athletic instructions and exercises." It's purpose was to develop the "mental, moral, and physical development of the people of the town of Hillyard." In 1912, it transferred itself to the Y.M.C.A. of Hillyard.
