In this course, Chris Nodder shows you the common types of maps used to depict people's experiences interacting with a company or its products. He helps you understand what each map type produces, and how it can be used to aid in furthering the team's understanding and subsequent decision-making. Chris also explains how to participate in mapping sessions, dig deeper into what the map is telling you, and use the output in your work. | ||
