Lonely and reluctant psychic Raine Tallentyre finds a young woman, bound and terrified, in a basement storage locker in her aunt's house. Raine teams with an investigator, fellow psychic Zack Jones, to try to track down the culprit, while a killer and a cabal of psychic criminals targets them! Zack wants to recruit Raine into a secret Arcane Society, but she harbors painful memories of how that organization shattered her family long ago.
