Under the moniker "cheetomoskeeto," Rafael has published on YouTube over 250 training videos in musical and interactive software of all types. Holding a Doctor of Music degree from Indiana University, Rafael is a tenured professor of music and multimedia at California State University, East Bay, where he directs the Multimedia Graduate Program.
