Army veteran Justin McLaughlin is forced from isolation when his younger brother Charlie goes missing. Teaming up with private investigator Frankie, Justin discovers that his brother's been recruited by an extremist militia run by paramilitary leader Billy. Justin must decide how much of his past in the Army he's willing to bring to the surface to prevent Charlie from going through with the militia's violent plan.
