The bulk of this collection consists of directories, newsletters, newspaper clippings, programs and yearbooks created by the federation and its committees prior to the 1950s. Additional materials include records of affiliated organizations within the Inland Northwest and the State of Washington, including the Sheridan School Woman's Club secretary records from 1917. There are also selections of relevant women's publications including buyers' guides from The Spokane Woman and several partial volumes of Washington Business Woman from the late 1930s.
