Franca dreams of a queen who lives in a dark cave in the forest. After telling her younger sisters Carmela and Tomasina about it, she decides to see whether the dream is true and asks them to join her on an adventure that forces the trio to be brave and overcome their fears. They climb the garden fence and enter the forest beyond their home. The closer they get to the cave, the more time and perspective shift around them in this strange world.
