Love me tomorrow

Love me tomorrow

Emiko Jean
Book - 2026

This young adult novel follows seventeen-year-old Emma Nakamura-Thatcher, who is skeptical about love following her parents' divorce. While attending the Japanese festival of Tanabata, she makes a wish for evidence that lasting love exists. Soon afterward, she begins receiving letters from an individual who claims to be her future romantic partner. As the letters continue and contain personal information known only to her, Emma attempts to determine the writer's identity while navigating relationships with several classmates. Combining contemporary romance with light speculative elements, the novel explores themes of love, family relationships, identity, and destiny.
