Two years after being released from Camp Green Lake, Armpit is trying hard to turn his life around. The only person who believes in him is Ginny, his ten-year-old disabled neighbor. Together they learn to take small steps. But when his old pal X-Ray shows up with a tempting plan to make some easy money scalping concert tickets, Armpit reluctantly goes along.
