After Joesph wins an essay contest, he gets to meet the President of the United States. The president is impressed with his negotiating skills and sends him as a student ambassador to meet the new king of West Rhutan, a young boy named Nang Nukatau III who is determined to get revenge on East Rhutan for killing his parents. Joseph and Nang embark on a thrilling adventure across South Korea and Japan, and along the way, Nang may learn how to be a real kid.
